AI that earns its keep, built by infrastructure people.
Vision Technology Solutions designs and builds AI assistants and agents for businesses that can't afford toys — backed by 25 years of managing, securing, and rebuilding the systems those agents touch.
AI you can trust runs on infrastructure that holds.
That's the dependency chain — and we own every link in it. The AI practice leads. Twenty-five years of managed IT and security are what make it credible.
AI wired to your business, not bolted on
Assistants and agents built on the Anthropic platform, deployed behind your identity stack, with the permissions, isolation, and audit trail a real business requires.
- AI Readiness & Security Assessment — the fixed-scope starting point
- Custom AI assistants with SSO & two-factor auth
- Agent development for ticketing, docs & operations
- Per-user isolation, session history & cost controls
The unglamorous work, done exactly right
Infrastructure you stop thinking about: monitored, patched, and documented before anything gets the chance to surprise you.
- Endpoint monitoring & patch management
- Backups that are verified and restore-tested — not just scheduled
- Microsoft 365, Exchange & identity administration
- Network design: UniFi, load balancing, Cloudflare edge
Defense that assumes a bad day
Hardening, detection, and response designed by people who have actually rebuilt environments after a breach — not just written policies about one.
- Endpoint detection & response, zero-trust hardening
- Incident response with parallel-recovery playbooks
- Active Directory & Exchange remediation
- Security posture reviews with fix-it roadmaps
We didn't read about enterprise AI. We built our own.
Aria is our in-house AI assistant — Claude-powered, running on VTS infrastructure, used by our team every day. It's how we learned what business-grade AI actually takes: identity, isolation, persistence, and cost control. Not a demo. A tool that works.
When we build for clients, we build to the same standard — because we've already lived with the consequences of getting it wrong.
Start with the AI Readiness & Security Assessment
A structured review of your infrastructure, identity, security posture, and data — ending in a written roadmap with an honest build/no-build recommendation. If AI isn't ready to pay for itself in your business yet, we'll tell you that too.
Things we learned the hard way, written down.

Every era of business technology has promised to change everything. We've deployed all of them — and kept our clients running through every transition. AI is the next one. This time, we're building it too.

The applied AI practice
Aria ships. Agent development, AI consulting, and assistants built to enterprise standards join the portfolio.
The questions people actually ask.
What does Vision Technology Solutions do?
VTS is a Connecticut technology consultancy founded in 2001. We provide AI consulting and agent development, managed IT services, and cybersecurity for small and mid-market businesses — building AI systems with the same infrastructure discipline we've practiced for 25 years.
Can VTS help my company deploy AI like Claude securely?
Yes. We build AI assistants and agents on the Anthropic platform, deployed behind your identity stack with single sign-on, two-factor authentication, per-user session isolation, persistent searchable history, and cost controls. We run our own Claude-powered assistant, Aria, on this exact architecture every day.
Does VTS work with businesses outside Connecticut?
Yes. We're Connecticut-based and serve the Northeast in person, and we work with clients nationwide remotely — most managed IT, security, and AI engagements are delivered remotely by design.
What is the AI Readiness & Security Assessment?
A fixed-scope review of your infrastructure, identity, security posture, and data readiness for AI adoption — $4,500 flat fee, 2–3 weeks, for a standard single-site engagement (complex or multi-site environments typically run $6,500–$9,000). You get a written report with a prioritized roadmap — including an honest build/no-build recommendation — with no obligation to continue.
Tell us what's breaking — or what you want to build.
We reply within one business day. If it's an active incident, call — we answer.
