AI consulting & agent development
We design and build AI assistants and agents that do measurable work inside your business — on an architecture that would survive your own security review. Because it survived ours first.
Working AI, not AI theater.
Internal AI assistants
Claude-powered assistants for your team — behind your single sign-on, with two-factor auth, per-user session isolation, and persistent, searchable history. Your staff gets a tool; your auditors get an architecture.
Operational agents
Agents that carry real workloads: ticket triage and drafting, document processing, report generation, data lookups. Scoped narrowly, permissioned tightly, measured honestly.
Business system integration
Wiring AI into what you already run — Microsoft 365, ticketing, documentation, databases — so it works with your actual data instead of guessing without it.
Governance & cost control
Role-based permissions, audit trails, usage monitoring, and API cost controls. The unglamorous layer that separates a business tool from a liability.
Watch a request move through a VTS-built agent.
Every hop authenticated · every action logged · nothing reaches a tool without passing the gate
Every build ships with the boring parts done.
We run our own assistant, Aria, on this exact architecture every day — which is how we know each piece is non-negotiable.
Assess, design, build, run.
Assess
The fixed-price AI Readiness & Security Assessment maps your infrastructure, identity, data, and best-fit use cases.
Design
An agent specification: scope, data access, security model, success metrics, and an honest budget range.
Build
Iterative development with working demos along the way — you see it do the job before it owns the job.
Run
Hosted on your infrastructure or ours, with monitoring, tuning, and support as the work evolves.
Common questions
Which AI platform do you build on?
Primarily the Anthropic platform (Claude) — it is what we run internally and know at a production-engineering level. The architecture we deploy is model-agnostic by design, so you are never locked to a single vendor.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your tenancy. API keys are held server-side, access is scoped per user and per role, and commercial API usage is not used to train the underlying models. We will walk your team through the full data path before anything ships.
What does a build cost?
It depends entirely on scope — which is why every engagement starts with the fixed-price assessment. You get budget ranges in the roadmap before committing to anything.
Every AI engagement starts the same way
The AI Readiness & Security Assessment tells us — and you — exactly what to build, what it should cost, and whether it will pay for itself.
